Per qualsiasi richiesta relativa ai tuoi dati — chiedere l'accesso, la cancellazione, la rettifica o l'opposizione — scrivi a untodsp [at] gmail [dot] com: da lì arriviamo al titolare e rispondiamo entro un mese. L'indirizzo è dedicato e non lo condividiamo con terzi. Su richiesta ti forniamo anche i dati anagrafici completi del titolare.

- Nessun cookie, e quindi nessun banner di consenso: non c'è nulla che richieda il tuo consenso.
- Nessun terzo pubblicitario, nessun pixel, nessun social embed, nessun tracciamento tra siti.
- I font sono ospitati da noi: il tuo browser non chiede nulla a Google quando apri questa pagina.
3. Cosa raccogliamo
Dati tecnici di servizio
Ogni volta che apri una pagina, il servizio di hosting (Cloudflare) registra nei propri log la richiesta: indirizzo IP, data e ora, tipo di browser, pagina richiesta, esito della risposta. Sono log tecnici: servono a far funzionare il sito, a proteggerlo dagli attacchi e a diagnosticare i problemi. Non sono usati per profilarti.
Statistiche di visita anonime
Usiamo Cloudflare Web Analytics per capire quante persone visitano il sito, da dove arrivano e quali pagine funzionano. Non usa cookie, non crea profili, non ti traccia mentre navighi su altri siti e non raccoglie dati personali. L'indirizzo IP serve soltanto a ricavare il paese di provenienza e non viene memorizzato. Per questo non è richiesto alcun consenso.
Preferenze salvate nel tuo browser
La lingua (IT/EN) e la tua scelta sull'animazione sono salvate nel localStorage del tuo browser. Restano sul tuo dispositivo, non vengono inviate a nessuno e puoi cancellarle in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del sito.

1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is the owner of the UNTO DSP trademark. For any request about your data — access, erasure, rectification or objection — write to untodsp [at] gmail [dot] com: from there we reach the controller and reply within a month. That address is dedicated and we never share it with third parties. On request we will also provide the controller's full identity details.
2. In short
- No cookies, and therefore no consent banner: there is nothing here that needs your consent.
- No advertising third parties, no tracking pixels, no social embeds, no cross-site tracking.
- The fonts are served by us: your browser asks nothing from Google when you open this page.
3. What we collect
Technical service data
Every time you open a page, the hosting service (Cloudflare) logs the request in its own logs: IP address, date and time, browser type, page requested, response outcome. These are technical logs: they keep the site running, protect it from attacks and help diagnose problems. They are not used to profile you.
Anonymous visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages work. It uses no cookies, it creates no profiles, it does not track you across other websites and it collects no personal data. The IP address is used only to derive the country of origin and is not stored. That is why no consent is required.
Preferences stored in your browser
The language (IT/EN) and your animation choice are saved in your browser's localStorage. They stay on your device, they are never sent anywhere and you can delete them at any time from the site settings.
4. Why we process this data
- Technical logs — performance of the contract and legitimate interest in the security of the service.
- Anonymous statistics — legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregated form, how the site is used.
- Local preferences — performance of the contract: they are features you asked for, by clicking.
5. How long we keep it
- Technical logs — for a short period, according to Cloudflare's settings.
- Aggregated statistics — for the period we set in Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we can change at any time.
- Local preferences — until you delete them.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to untodsp [at] gmail [dot] com. We do not take automated decisions about you and we do not profile you. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The latest version is always this page.
